Vehicle Exerciser Systems

Vehicle Exercisers are designed based on the specific vehicle wheel base and total weight. The system is used to jounce and exercise the vehicle suspension. Purpose of the machines are to simulate those forces experienced during consumer vehicle use.

• Vehicle Exerciser Systems can be customized based on the vehicle weight & wheel base where necessary
• The equipment consists of (4) driven exerciser mechanism that apply a jouncing force to each wheel.
• Jouncing motion has a variable control for the frequency for wheel exercising.
• Resultant forces and displacement values are calculated and stored in a database by the host PC.
